The best method of making an appointment is online via the ‘book an appointment’ page or by clicking here. From there proceed to select the service/s you wish to book in for, and the available dates and time will be presented. Follow the prompts and fill out your details and the appointment will be tentatively booked. Once the appointment is accepted (within 12 hrs) then the appointment will be confirmed.

The only payment required upfront is the 50% deposit to secure your appointment for new clients OR full set appointments. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of the appointment, either via cash or credit card.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you can either contact Elysian Lash directly on 0433 045 558 OR you can login to your client portal (accessible from the ‘Book an Appointment’ page) to easily reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Please note that the initial deposit will not be refundable should you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
No shows will automatically forfeit their deposit.
